Joropo offers flat rate shipping prices:

  • Standard:* Delivery within 3-5 business days: $5.99
  • Free shipping on all non-sale orders over $70
  • Expedited:* Delivery within 1-2 business days: $19.95
  • International:  $40.00

If a shipment is marked as delivered but was not received, please contact us at hello@shopjoropo.com within 7 days for us to open an inquiry with the delivery carrier. 

Handling time on all orders is 1-2 business days.

Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't, Joropo gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, for a full refund* within 7 days of receiving the package. Returns sent in after the return period will only receive 50% of the item price.

Joropo maintains the right to deny the return if the item(s) does not meet the above criteria.

If you placed and order and an item is out of stock, we will refund you and continue to process the order, regardless if it is a matching set or a few of the same items for matching your children.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. During the busy season, returns can take up to 2 weeks to process. Refunds typically take up to 7 business days to process.

Return shipping is at the buyers expense.  $10 will be deducted from your refund when using our return label.  Should you choose to ship the items back yourself - please use trackable shipping as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not arrive back at our warehouse.

Returned items that were purchased with Free Shipping will have an outbound shipping cost of $5.99 + $6 restocking fee each item returned.

Any issue you may have with a Joropo item purchased in a retail store, please refer to that store's return policy. As for Joropo items bought from our website, if there is an issue with an item, our company will handle the return according to our online store policy.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS. 

 

All returns of merchandise that total more than $100 are subjected to a $6 restocking fee for each item.

  

We do not accept drop off returns.
